What if exploring the Metaverse could become as easy as discovering and following links on the web?
As virtual worlds multiply across different platforms, the immersive landscape is becoming increasingly fragmented. Julian Reyes presents the evolving vision behind the Virtual Worlds Museum™ Teleportal: a gateway designed to help people discover, understand and navigate this growing ecosystem while connecting them with the platforms, communities and experiences that give it life.
Together with Chris Madsen, Julian explores the bigger idea behind Teleportal: What would it take to connect today’s isolated virtual worlds into a more accessible and interoperable Metaverse?
Then it’s time to put the vision to the test. Participants with Meta Quest headsets can enter Teleportal together and use it as a gateway for a live cross-platform world hop. Let’s not just imagine a connected Metaverse. Let’s travel through it.
