Can you really learn how to lead by watching slides about leadership – or do you have to experience it?

After almost two decades of leading teams and years of training managers, Dorota Sędek saw something getting lost when leadership training moved online: presence, connection and real human interaction. This experience helped inspire Alterland, the immersive platform she founded for collaboration and training.

In this hands-on workshop, Dorota explores what changes when leadership development moves beyond the screen and into VR. Instead of only talking about feedback, conflict and difficult conversations, participants can enter situations, interact, make decisions and practice.

Step inside Alterland and experience how VR can turn leadership development from something we explain into something we practice.
