Welcome to the IMMERSIVE X session portal.
Here you can edit your session details, upload visuals, and manage your presenter information for the festival.
1. Sign In or Enter Your E-Mail
To begin, simply enter your e-mail address or sign in with your account.
We’ll send you a secure magic link that lets you access and edit your session at any time later.
2. Fill in Your Session Details
Add all important information about your session, including:
- Session title & subtitle
- Description
- Track & session length
- VR app / platform
- Supported devices & access options
Once everything is filled in, save your session details to continue.
3. Upload a Session Visual
After saving your session, you can upload a visual for your session page.
We recommend using an image that represents the world, atmosphere, or environment of your experience.
Please avoid adding text to the image whenever possible, since the IMMERSIVE X visual generator will automatically create the final session artwork.
After uploading your image, you can adjust its position inside the visual generator.

No problem — you can skip this step for now and return later.
4. Manage Presenter Details
If you presented at IMMERSIVE X before, you can search for your existing presenter profile and update your bio, links, or profile information.
You can also invite additional presenters via e-mail.
They’ll receive their own secure link and can complete their profile details themselves.
5. Edit Anytime
Every time you save your session, you’ll receive a magic edit link by e-mail.
Use this link anytime to return and update your session details before the festival.
Complete Your Presenter Profile
Welcome to your IMMERSIVE X presenter profile.
Here you can create or update your public presenter information for the festival.
1. Find or Create Your Profile
If you presented at IMMERSIVE X before, you can search for your existing presenter profile by typing in your name in the name field.
Already have a profile?
Simply select it and update your information.
New to IMMERSIVE X?
No problem — you can create a new presenter profile by adding:
- Your name
- Professional title or position
- A short bio / description
2. Upload Your Profile Image
You can upload a profile photo of yourself that will appear on the festival website and inside the session visuals.
We recommend using:
- A clear portrait photo
- Good lighting
- No text or graphic overlays
3. Save & Generate Your Presenter Visual
Once your profile is saved, your personalized IMMERSIVE X presenter visual will be generated automatically.
You can download the visual directly and share it on:
- Social media
- Community channels
- Newsletters
- Event announcements
