HOW LIVE MUSIC IS CREATING NEW COMMUNITIES IN SOCIAL VR

“Shadola”  founder and owner of Metronome Bar, one of the largest VR event groups in VRChat, also own VR Lap dance club called Synth Club.

My team runs 10 – 15 events a week, from VR-only formats to complex hybrid productions with live IRL↔VR portals: raves, concerts, club nights, live music, literature club and more. Over the last 3.5 years I have organised 500+ events, working as Event Organiser, stage host and MC with 12,000 hours logged in VRChat.

I’m also the organiser of Metronome Fest, the biggest RU/EU VRChat IRL meetup, held annually as a hybrid event with a physical venue and a live VRChat instance running side by side

Curator of the Computer Museum, founded in 1998. A self-taught video editor and 3D artist since 2006.

Creator of Milo Garage, a VRChat world based on a real place where he once worked as a bartender. Virtual parties are hosted there every Friday and Saturday.

Currently focused on building connections with companies and helping them explore opportunities in the metaverse—while it remains a dystopian utopia.
