Technology shapes our world, but who shapes us?
In this featured keynote talk and participatory experience, award-winning experience designer Caitlin Krause explores how attention, embodiment, imagination, and belonging support healthier relationships with emerging technology and immersive environments.

The session invites participants to consider how we can approach the future with greater agency, curiosity, creativity, and human connection. A guided experiential component within the social 3D environment will invite participants to engage with these ideas directly, using inner transformation to lay the foundation for shaping a better future.

Founder at MindWise Interactive and Author of Digital Wellbeing and Designing Wonder

Caitlin Krause is a globally recognized experience designer, author, and keynote speaker. She founded the interactive media studio and consultancy MindWise in 2015 and developed Stanford University’s program on wellbeing and technology. She has authored celebrated books including Designing Wonder, Mindful by Design, and most recently Digital Wellbeing. Her work explores how teams prioritize imagination and collaboration. She has advised organizations including TED, Google, NASA, and the U.S. State Department. Caitlin elevates tech-layered human experiences through creativity, intuition, and storytelling. In 2026, she received the Nextant Prize at AWE for her visionary role in the industry.
