Melissa Heidrick
Founder of mmData

Melissa is the founder of mmData, an organization dedicated to spatial computing for the legal sector. She is a technology columnist for the American Bar Association’s Law Practice Magazine, and serves as Of Counsel for Kidd Production LLP, a Texas-based oil company. She is the Director of Social Media and Brand Management for the nonprofit organization, Women in eDiscovery, and a Director at Large for the North Texas chapter of ACEDS. Melissa and her husband run an exotic animal farm outside of Dallas. Admitted to the State Bar of Texas, Melissa earned her J.D. from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law, and her B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin. She has extensive experience leading cross functional legal teams and managing the execution of complex discovery matters. She also develops, implements, manages, and vets emerging legal and eDiscovery technology solutions – with a special interest in AI and spatial computing projects.

Robin Moulder
CEO of 3lb Games & 3lbXR

Robin Moulder is an entrepreneur, producer, and musician driving innovation at the intersection of spatial computing, immersive gameplay, and AI-powered development. As co-founder of 3lb Games, she has led the studio to the forefront of Virtual and Mixed Reality, earning the Best Indie Creator award at the 2024 AWE Auggie Awards and multiple grants for innovation. 

Her studio’s acclaimed titles include Space Dragon, the Movement locomotion system for Oculus, Slime Rancher VR Playground, and Vault of Stars, a narrative experience supported by Oculus Launch Pad. Robin currently produces and designs sound for Grokit, a high-energy, hand-tracking multiplayer MR game that was a finalist for Best Game or Toy at the 2024 Auggies and recently featured by Upload VR, VR Spotlight, and more. 

In parallel, she led the launch of GroKit Core, a modular spatial computing and AI development platform that blends low-code accessibility with technical depth to accelerate immersive creation across industries. GroKit Core is a 2025 Auggie Awards finalist for Best Developer Tool. 

Robin also serves on the Board of Advisors for XR Women, a vibrant global community uplifting and connecting women in immersive technology. As part of the leadership team, she contributes to building inclusive spaces that empower creators, innovators, and thought leaders in XR. 

Her career bridges creative and technical disciplines. She’s held executive and consulting roles with Fortune 100 and 500 companies, serving sectors from healthcare to education and manufacturing. As a nationally touring musician and composer, she brings deep audio and narrative expertise into every project she touches. 

A frequent speaker at events like AWE, GDC, IVRHA, and iLRN, Robin is known for making emerging technology accessible and inspiring action across the XR ecosystem.
